Options for individual regular investors in the Czech Republic

Hello. So I have recently moved to Prague and currently explore local investing options. I am aware that one can just open an account with Interactive Brokers or some other global brokerage but I want something local for certain personal reasons. I have reviewed offerings of the biggest banks in the Czech Republic, e.g. Česká Spořitelna, ČSOB and Raiffeisenbank, and as far as I can tell they mostly offer investing into mutual funds through DIP accounts and into regular proprietary pension funds but not so much when it comes to regular investing into stock markets. Have two questions. Firstly, are there any limits to how much I can invest into these funds per year or in general? Just asking since these are retirement tax efficient products and these are usually capped somehow. Secondly, are there any solid local financial institutions that enable direct investing into stocks and ETFs on Czech stock exchanges as well as stock exchanges around the world?
