L/o in Washington state - help with Securus

Hey ladies.. I’m new here! And Ive been reading the page for a while which has already helped me out so much! But I need help please ladies first question my username picked it self and it says ok/argument or something like damn I ain’t looking for a argument so would love to change that lol 2nd question is... I want to do a video visit with my l/o i done it through secures and it got approved and the app says active.. I sent my ID and a picture of my self and then after it was all up and running but when I tried to schedule a video call it declined which I think is because my l/o is in the hole (not because of him) but is this the reason why it won’t let me schedule anything.. What I want to know is his convinced that it took too quickly to get approved.. and I’m saying well the account says active I have an account number and shit.. but he sent a kite to double check and see.. he thinks I have to fill a form or something Has anyone been in this situation? Is it a long process.. if the app says active doesn’t that mean it’s done and been approved already? I’m nervous as I’m dying to see him and he gets out of the hole soon I hope! Any advise will be appreciated so much.. and well Hey! I’m so proud of you all you give me so much inspiration.. and so much warmth.. to know I’m not alone.. <3
