PM Salary

I'm a leasing consultant transitioning into the role of Property Manager. I'm 23 and currently make $20.00 per hr. Our community has 98 units, new construction Class A property. I'm also in Michigan. I will be getting a raise soon as discussed with my regional once I'm fully acclimated in the role, but I wanted to know how much should I be making once I'm in the Property Manager position? I also have my Real Estate License if that matters lol!
