Which doll would suit this restyle?

So I have this inspo for a full 80s glam doll but not sure who do use as the base. I have Priscilla, Lavendar and Berry who are all in need of a hair restyle but not sure who would suit this most. Whoever it is would be getting a full 80s gem and the holograms style outfit made to go with it like in the pics.
