New Home Sales Consultants: What happens when you sell out all divisions in your area?

Hi guys,

I am looking to get some insight from other new home sales professionals. I am going to be starting a job with a large national builder and was wondering what happens to sales reps when the area I'm in sells out? Did you have to move? Currently roughly 150 homes for sale in my area total out of all 7 communities. If all of us hit our target inventory will be out of product to sell quite fast!
