What’s so impressive about Sirius XM that everyone is rejoicing?

I genuinely thought that company went belly up when streaming apps (Pandora, Spotify, etc) came to the market.

Edit: Thank you all. Seems SiriusXM offers live sports and better radio stations with actual DJs than what streaming services offer.
