My first Vegeta figuarts vs my most recent Vegeta
Im aware this is a p-bandai release and maybe its not fair to compare the two but i feel like this is just an overall analysis on the quality of figuarts in general, tamashi has came a LONG way when it comes to the quality of the faceplates and scale for capturing the essence of the character. The only reason I didn’t get into db figuarts years ago is because I’ve always thought the faces were crude as hell, but after watching super hero in the theaters and maintaining that dragon ball hype I haven’t felt since super ended and dbs broly I ended up stumbling across Vegeta fig at the mall and decided to cop, this Vegeta was my first figuarts and with every new character I add to my collection his lesser quality becomes more apparent. (tbh I even feel this way with the entire dbs broly line and the dbs super hero releases as a whole, besides the broly figs) but enough ab that this post is mainly to show my appreciation for figuarts as a whole, they have came a veryyy long way in just three years and I am so grateful I have found myself getting so involved with the joy of figure collecting and the community as a whole (And yes I will be putting Vegeta super hero back in its box 🤣)
