What's a fictional character you think has stpd??

I just got reminded of saiki k, an anime, and there's a character who I believe might have it. His name is kaidou. There's lots of memes that he thinks that an organisation is behind things. I think it's funny and wanted a light hearted question on this sub since I've posted too many vents haha
