Steamed fish at home with the family during a snow storm

Tbh I do not know what type of fish it is because my parents brought it home from Vietnam. Super flavorful, not fishy, similar to striper in flavor.

Steamed with a sweet soy, ginger, sweetened black vinegar, and woodear mushroom mix.

Also made a quick shrimp cocktail with Wasabi ponzu cocktail sauce.
