Why do people think Seattle rains so much?
Honestly, compared to the east coast, the south and most of the eastern mid-west Seattle rarely rains. The rainy days here are so mild, light and it’s never a downpour. I And really only in the short winters. People blame the “rain” on the cities depressed culture but it’s significantly better than 50% of the country. Sunnier too. I still think it’s just the culture of people or the “Seattle freeze” that’s to blame for the lack of community and depression.
