Rather high end.. nylon, steel, titanium. Supports all piercings that I know of, tetherspout and not using any security at all as the Bijou's headlock is pretty good by itself.

DIY solutions
There's plenty of ways to DIY a shaft-only cage. This comment talks about taking a Cherry Keeper with a headlock, removing the ring junction with a Dremmel and voila, a $50 shaft-only cage.
