How was the Sikh Punjabi caste system created ? Why Is jatt considered the best caste when non of the gurus were jatt ? What determines the order of castes ?

I know the caste system isn’t part of Sikhi

I can’t call it the Punjabi caste system because not all punjabis are Sikh and not all Sikhs are punjabi
