Hard time assessing Barkley’s value

Picked up an orphan team (12man SF) and am newer to Dynasty. My team is in need of a rebuild, but I don’t know if a trade like this makes sense. I need a QB as I only have TLaw and Kirk. I know Levis isn’t great. The 1st is a late pick, and 2nd is an early.

Would you trade Barkley for this, or should I ask for more?
