Looking for water soluble multivitamin for jello

Hello! I'm on carnivore and recently developed a problem with swallowing pills. I used to take Costco multivitamins by mouth, but I can't anymore due to medical reasons.

I tried putting the Costco multis in a gelatin mixture for jello, but it came out grainy and disgusting.

Does anybody have any ideas as to what I can do?

I'm on the carnivore diet and I'd like to continue taking multis. Thank you.
