General questions about creatine caps/pills and aminospiking in whey products
The recommended daily creatine dose is 3-5g right? I've been taking 5g/day of monohydrate micronized for 1 month so I should be near-ish saturation. I'm finishing my powder rn so I was looking to get creatine tabs/pills this time (for convenience's sake) but I'm noticing that the majority of brands that make tabs have their products be 3g per 3 tabs, and I'm worried it'd be too little a dosage. Are there any 5g creatine tab/pill products or should I stick to powder?
Also I've been buying whey protein for a while now, but I want to begin actually scanning the brands I buy from for amino spiking. I already know what it is and how it works, but since I'm not a chemist or educated on the matter, what are the specific amminoacids I should look out for on the label?
