Which Vitamins do I need to supplement beyond 100% NRV?
So, I have an multivitamin that is 100% NRV in pretty much everything.
I know that Vitamin D needs to be supplemented far above its NRV, around 4000 IU in my country (UK) so I've got that separate . That's made me wonder if there's any other one that I really need to supplement above that or which would be beneficial?
