Current state of affairs

My ATF in TJ is telling me that business is getting real slow. She's with an agency and even the agency contact is saying things have slowed down a lot. The other thing my ATF said which I find a little hard to believe is that she knows 2 HK girls who left because its slowing down there too.

Whats the census? Are less people going to TJ? Is it due to recent holidays?
