recs for relative newbie

for background, i have alot of tattoos, but most are stick & pokes done by friends, and one was a flash i got randomly in ireland, so ive only ever gone through like the full process of getting a planned tattoo at a parlor once, and it was relatively simple and i just drew out exactly what i wanted.

i have a concept idea for a big thigh piece, but its something i cant draw out myself. i had one consultation with an artist whos work looked very similar to what im going for, and they came back with something that was not even close to what i wanted. when i voiced that (extremely politely & just listed what i wanted changed) i got an extremely rude response.

my best shot at a description of what i want: a compass with the N-S line extending down, sort of turning into an orchid / having orchids wrapped around it in a vine-y way, & orchids growing out from that N-S line all around the compass. no color, mostly line work, but open to minimal shading to make the flowers actually look like orchids

any thoughts on artists who could bring this to life without being bitchy?
