Teacher Praising Trump

Hello teachers! I have a niece whose Social Studies teacher is spending the majority of instruction time praising Trump and his recent executive orders. He has gone as far as mirroring Trump’s baseless claims of DEI being the cause of the DC plane crash. Is this even legal? Thanks for any input.
