How do you guys keep track of multiple playthroughs?

Hey all, I was wondering how people keep track of multiple playthroughs since Terraria is not a one and done game. Also how do you keep motivation for doing multiplayer and singleplayer playthroughs at the same time?

For my multiplayer games, I host the world so I use Google keep or any similar notes app with player, world name, and friends I play that world with.
