State of UK job market 2024-25

I got laid off , and job market has been tough. Anyone else experiencing the same issues ? I am in finance but was wondering about other sectors like retail, tech, warehouse, and other white collar jobs ? what's the outlook likely to be for 2025, I wonder ?
