Med recommendations

It’s been about a year since I was diagnosed with VM (though I’ve had them for years before that), and it’s the dizziness that affects me the most. And by affects I mean ruins my life the most. I have a hard time doing anything or going anywhere because I’m almost always dizzy to some extent, and I’m nowhere near figuring out a medicine that works for it. I tried Aimovig for 3 months and stopped since it didn’t do anything.

I wanted to ask those here who really struggle with the dizziness aspect of VM, what medications have helped you the most? Since there are so many options, I’m hoping I can see a couple that a lot of people mention so that I have a bit more of a direction to head in. I really appreciate any help you can offer!!
