VEG (Veterinary Emergency Group) compensation for ER doctors

Hi, Im considering applying for VEG's ER doctor program having been in the field for a few years. I'm curious to know what are the compensation expectations around those. Is it base + production (what %-age are we talking, 20% or more). It'd be great if folks who have received offers can share their details (esp how it compares to BluePearl, Banfield and others)
