So this message KEEPS popping up every time I turn my Vita on. Does this mean I should get a new micro SD card?

This just started happening recently and I don't know why. I've rebuilt the database, got rid of pointless data, and updated all apps, but this keeps popping up whenever I turn on my Vita, like not sometimes, but EVERY TIME. Has anyone else experienced this or have any possible tips I could try before I resort to just replacing my micro SD card?
