For me the best is
1- Cm punk ( the way he twist words,his promo are always genuwine, how he destroyed cena in his promo in 2011 about yankees . He have a very very large vocabulary!
He have the talent to immerse you in his story ! That why a lot of fan love him !!There never a promo who’s bad !
2- John Cena ( for me cena comme second the guy can roast the entire roaster with his thuganomic but seem like he have a bit difficulty with rocks and punk) that why i give the upper to cm because he extremely good at what he do!
Honorable mention: How he eviscerate roman reigns in 2017…even today i’m shy to watch it because i feel bad for roman but at least roman grow from that and changed his mic skills game by the help of Paul Hayman for the tribal chief we all love and respect ☝🏾

I see people put Ric Flair as number 1… i checked a lot of his promo on youtube ….. but he just someone who scream and become red all the time like his head going to explode.. i dont feel his charisma like the rock punk or cena…. but of course that me
And the one i just don’t like anymore is cody rhodes..he sound fake….. he just tell you what you want to listen he doesnt twist word or a complex talking….
