discount code for quince

hi friends! I'm in the market for a duvet cover, and my google searching has led me to none other than QUINCE! Even though I skip the ads, I can still hear BenRon's voice in my head "with quince you can get bla bla bla" and "they have the cutest little cashmere sweaters right in time for the holidays... use code CRAPPENS!" but here I am trying to check out on quince, I just input "CRAPPENS" for the promo code, but no dice. And of course I have no idea what episodes/timestamps to listen to the ad... Anyone know if their discount code with Quince is still active? Am I using the right code? Does anyone know anything that might help me out?!
