Wedding Dress for Plus Size

Hello B2Bs, I am a plus size B2B. I am getting worried because I don’t know if I will look good in my wedding dress. Can you recommend ateliers where I can fit plus size dresses so I know which cut I will like? Any recommended ateliers who specializes on sewing plus size dresses? My budget is ₱80,000-130,000. Is it enough?

My main concern are my bigger-than-my-frame flabby arms. I don’t think I want them out and wear a long sleeves instead. But I’m not sure if I will Look like a Suman that way
