Turning 21 This Feb 21. What should I do

believe it or not with this physique im a student athlete for almost all my life. Imma say im pretty okay with the physique but how do i lose these love handles? Im broke so I only have money for a monthly gym and creatine. And i only eat whats offered to me at the table so i don’t do macros or any calorie/protein measurements. I them so fucking bad and maintain my mass and weight for the sport. What should i do these are pissing me off?
