Why does my 24 XP-Pen show up in Audio Devices? (Windows10)

Is there a speaker built into device I don't know?

In Device Manager under Audio Inputs/Outputs, I see the drawing monitor.

Why is this here? I can't tell if is a speaker, or if there's a microphone?
