Can 1% staphylococcus cause AV?

Hey all! I’m concerned I have AV because I have all the symptoms to a T. After taking UTI meds in the summer I began to have vestibular pain and sex is so painful now! It sucks! It’s totally affecting my sex life with my partner and I. I did an evvy test and I had 1% staphylococcus in my micro biome. It’s such a small amount I’m not even sure if it can be what’s causing my problems. Has anyone had a similar experience? Thanks!
