Singed has Silco's body?!?

So i was watching the second season of Arcane when during episode 5, when Caitlyn and Ambessa are in Singed’s hideout thingy they show us this flask during Caitlyn's monologue. I know this might be a crazy take but doesnt this head lowkey resemble Silco?? I mean the eye, the brows, the scars and even that burnt part under his eye??
