Questions about possible legal loopholes

So, in America, there are currently waaayyyy too many anti-trans bills going through state legislature systems right now. I am currently in one of the states considering banning trans healthcare for minors. I am not trans myself, but many people I love are, and if I have a child that happens to be trans it would be essential for them to get the healthcare they need. So I have a question. If someone lives in a state that bans trans healthcare for minors, is it possible that they could see a doctor in another state that does not have this ban in order to get the healthcare they need, either via driving or via video call appointments? Would it be legal for them to get that healthcare since the doctor is in another state, or does it depend on where the patient lives? Yes, it would possibly be a LOT of driving but it's the only possible loophole I could think of.
