Does anyone else get "stuck" in places?

Yesterday I had my second experience of being stuck in a shop. I had a bad day at work (lots of noise) so I left early and went to the shop to buy dinner. It was relatively quiet when I went in but as it turned just after 5, people swarmed down both sides of the aisle I was in... my brain just totally shut down. I was just stood there on my phone for a good 20 minutes before I could move. This has happened before in another shop. When I eventually got home, I just felt awful and I was tearful all night. I am laughing now because it sounds silly to say I got stuck down an aisle. Curious to hear similar stories.
