Who has bipolar with adhd?

So I have bipolar, but also convinced I have adhd too. I spend the majority of the day daydreaming, endless scrolling through social media just wasting the day away. I'm so forgetful and I put stuff down and immediately forget where I put it and end up stressing and getting angry. My question is what medications can help bipolar and adhd? I'm only taking 200mg of lamotrigine right now.
