Advice Needed for PC Upgrade: Building from scratch for the first time. Help Me Save Money!

hello everyone!

i want to update my build, which is about 4 years old and is starting to not perform as I would like on newly released games. I recently graduated in computer engineering but I have never been interested in carefully studying the world of hardware components, so I am perfectly capable of building a PC in theory (and I actually assembled my current build 4 years ago, based on a youtube video), but then in fact I always need some advice.

so, this time, I would like to try to be a little more aware of what I am doing and try to do things from scratch. below I show you the build that I hypothesized, I would like to understand if there is something that could be improved and have any kind of advice you can think of, taking into account that the more I can save, the better!

these are the specs:

  • CPU: Ryzen 7 7800x3D
  • RAM: Crucial Pro Overclocking 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory
  • MOBO: Asus ROG STRIX B650E-F GAMING WIFI ATX AM5
  • GPU1: (i will keep my current GPU for now) ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Twin Edge OC;
  • GPU2: (this one i need for lossless scaling frame generation) MSI GAMING X GeForce GTX 1070 8 GB
  • Cooler: Deepcool AK620 ZERO DARK 68.99 CFM (cooling is one of the worlds that is most unknown to me)
  • PSU: Corsair RM850x 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX (I used a tool to calculate the wattage, I don't know if it is too low-powered since I will surely upgrade the GPU in the future)

That should be it. I play with two monitors (one main at 1440p resolution and 144Hz one secondary at 1080p 60Hz on which I keep discord/browser and various stuff).

Thanks in advance for the support!
