What’s your view on marriage ?

For context, I’m a divorced 60 year old man. I don’t believe in having any absolutes in life. Words like never, forever, always and other phrases or words that say “no matter what the circumstances are, I’m dead set that I won’t change my view or stance “. So if I ever say an absolute statement, understand that I have thought about it intensely.

With that said: I will never get married again! Never; no way! And it’s not that I don’t like marriage; it’s that I’m scared shitless of getting divorced again.

So my question is to both men and women. What are your views?
