I’m flying tomorrow afternoon and after these two horrible crashes in within days I’ve been unable to calm myself down.
I’m flying tomorrow (03.02.25) from Vienna to Bucharest (at 18:20 with Ryanair FR679).
I had pretty bad anxiety a few years back but I had managed it quite well and for some years I had not problem. That was until the SK crash and now with these two horrible tragedies in America I just can’t get rid of the feeling of dread and fear.
I’ve tried meditating, just ignoring it or keeping myself busy but I just get so stressed.
Can anyone offer any good stats or just logical explanations? A track would be nice if anyone can be bothered.
