Server Hosting? (Heavy)

Only asking to see if I can find something new, especially since most resources I've found are from year ago. Does anyone know a good server hosting service that can support a rather heavy server?

I intend to really strain the server with a lot of mods and, most of all- large scale constructions using Create. I've been using Bloom Host thus far, but I'm wondering if there is anything better, server wise? I don't mind if it's a bit expensive, so long as it's reasonable for what I'm getting.

I'd self host, but my internet is Iffy and I can't really save up enough to pay for the upfront cost.

It may be worthy to note that I intent to REALLY strain the server, so power is of note here.
