Facilities rentals for a 600 audience count

Hi, we are looking to host a convention in and around Frederick, Baltimore, or MoCo areas. This is for a Non-Profit organization. So we are on a budget not to exceed more than $5K. 600 people and for 6 hours. Does anyone have any contacts or know of such venues?
