Mouse- SEND HELP

I have a Logitech mouse. It was working great, and I use to play every day, but ever since my boards started I stopped playing. My mouse still works fine, but whenever I open Minecraft and try to play it starts to stutter, and bug out. Please tell me what to do y'all.
