Perma roam top?

Hi everyone :) I’m sure some of you have seen perma roam top with smite in your games, usually done with Janna or another high mobility support that doesn’t need levels, would this work with ivern? His ability to take camps and invade fast with smite and most of his kit being on cc, would this work? Thanks for the help and hope everyone here has a good day :)
