Rise of cost of living in Johannesburg is unaffordable.

Over the past year I've notice a significant increase in cost of living in Jozi. Restaurants seem to be up by a minimum of R40. And when I compare the price of housing in Jozi from 10 years ago, Properties have become unaffordable. What rise in cost has impacted you the most is another city cheaper?
