I need some advice

Hi guys. I'm looking for info and advice. I'm ridiculously upset. I ordered a ring setting special made to honor my son's birthstone within it. My original stone has always been a pear. So i ordered 2 beautiful pear stones from Luvansh.. Kept both 😂.. and off I went to hunt for a setting!

Pear I chose for this ring is 2.09ct vvs2 ex ex, 11.93x6.90x4.33 Found a seller on Etsy. Mind you I have used others with zero issues. I have spent MONTHS, with a send back, to get this ring right. Stone can't be set because this is not right for the pear to be set.

What should I be looking for size wise to set in this ring now? I do have other stones... Unfortunately not ovals. Sorry this is long. But I'm upset and disgusted lol
