S-21 prison mug shot of Christopher Delance, one of the few Americans to be killed by the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia. Delance and a friend, Michael Deeds, were sailing from Singapore to Thailand in 1978 when they were caught in Cambodian waters, imprisoned, tortured and murdered by the regime.
