Breastfeeding with Lupus = Vasospasm risk ?

FYI, english is not my first language.

My wife (diagnosed and under medication) is currently nursing our 3 week old and is literally suffering from vasospasms i.e pale/White nipples, stabbing pain.

Currently supplementing Magnesium, Calcium and vit b6.

By checking r/breastfeeding I found that lupus patients have a higher risk to experience such Symptoms while nursing.

If anyone likes to share their personal experience on that topic maybe regarding treatments... any advice is appreciated.
