Repeating SPM or Try A-Levels

Hi. I am a first year diploma student in Pharmacy at Mahsa College Sabah. I am planning to retake my SPM after I graduate because I did not take Biology and I only got C+ for Maths and Physics. I got B for Chemistry and E for Add Maths. The requirements still need me to have good SPM grades. Is it worth it to repeat all the subjects or just forgo everything and go for A-Levels? I want to continue studying Bachelor of Pharmacy (possibly at Mahsa University main campus)
