Amateur team

I currently have 275 hours in the game, P1 in ranked with an average finishing position of 8th (racing only G+ lobbies) and decided I want to try and qualify for the amateur ARL Mx series in the 250 class this year and am looking to find a team to do it, where do people find teams or is there anywhere you fill out “applications” to be on one?
