Looking for Advice on Buying a House in Nashik—Which Areas to Consider?

Hi Nashik folks!

My family and I currently live in Mumbai, but we used to live in Nashik about 25 years ago. However, since it’s been so long, we’re not familiar with the current real estate landscape. We lived at Canada Corner so I am only familiar with that area.

Looking for recommendations on the best areas to consider for buying a house. Please advice on areas we might want to avoid, based on safety, infrastructure, or other concerns.

Gangapur Road, Pathardi Phata, Govind nagar, Indira nagar etc any areas to look for or avoid please advise.
