Leave while on sea duty

I know that after you graduate OCS you go to your specific school for your job (hoping supply). However, after that I know that you have to do a 2 year sea duty. Are you allowed to take leave during sea duty or are there some days where you are at home port and can take leave then? How does that all works ?
