Zero hour contracts suck!!

My work has only given me four shifts this month, totaling 16 hours! I hate that zero-hour contracts even exist—how TF am I supposed to live on that? I think it’s because I spoke up about all the health and safety issues, pointing out that they’re going to either kill someone or make them very sick. I guess management didn’t like that, since I’ve heard that other former employees were treated the same way and forced out just like they’re trying to do to me right now. 🤣

Luckily, I can do Deliveroo on the side to make a little extra cash, but it’s still not enough. Thankfully, I’ve been applying left, right, and center and have landed six job interviews this week while waiting to hear back from other applications. Wish me luck! ✌️ 10 years in hospitality. Man where did my life go
